Currently, Depuz.pk is exclusively an online store.

Depuz.pk offers exchanges in cases the product is wrong or defective (we have a 7day return policy in place to ensure that all expectations are met). Please visit  https://www.depuz.pk/exchange-policy/ for complete details.

You can register an account on a related page, and  then check the specified email, click the link for the verification and then use the email address and password to log on. 

You can certainly log on to the website and place orders. You can place orders without logging on but just send the product image on our whatsapp number 0333 4544374.

We provide the following payment methods: CASH ON DELIVERY.

The working time of customer service is from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. all the year round.

Depuz.pk values the privacy of its customers, which is why we take all of the steps necessary to ensure that your details are kept confidential and will not be available to third-party organizations. Items are sent to customers within 2 to 3 business days after they have placed their order. If you have opted for registered mail, you can keep track of the progress of your order by using the tracking ID sent to you in your confirmation email to view the status of your purchase. All items are carefully inspected and then packaged at our fulfillment facilities - to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is wrapped in bubble/plastic wrap and fragile (electronic etc.) items are secured in an additional layer of protective packaging.
